Q Are you factory?

A Yes. We are factory.
Q Do you accept sample order?

A Yes, we can accept sample order.
Q How about the lead time?

A For samples, we will deliver within 7 working days after we got the payment. For led Emergency light orders it takes about 10-35 work days normally.
Q What payment terms do you accept?

A We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), L/C, Paypal, Western Union etc.
Q What kind of warranty do you provide?

A
(1) 1 years guarantee for all our led Emergency lights.

(2) If any damage which is not caused by misuse or vandalism happens, please return the defective items to us within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them according to the damage circumstance.
